Ready-to-ship pieces usually process within 1-3 business days. If a piece is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for finishing, inspection, and packaging.
After dispatch, estimated transit is 7-15 business days to the United States, 8-18 to the UK, Australia, or New Zealand, and 10-20 to Canada or Europe. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Because each piece is handmade, exchanges and change-of-mind returns are not supported. For approved returns under the store policy, OUTVORO covers the return shipping cost.
Tracking is emailed when available. International duties or import taxes are paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@outvoro.com within 7 days with photos.
Charging instructions
Please charge using a computer USB port or power bank. Do not use fast chargers, as they will damage the built-in battery.
Packaging & handmade marks
We use simple, protective packaging. As a 100% handmade resin item, minor micro-scratches or paint spots may naturally occur, but the piece's beauty in person far exceeds these quirks.
Decorative use and safety
OUTVORO pieces are decorative objects, not toys. Keep away from young children and pets. Avoid dropping, squeezing, soaking, scratching, extreme heat, fire, harsh chemicals, high humidity, and long periods of direct sunlight.
