2. Handmade Products

Outvoro creates handmade miniature landscape window pieces and related decorative items.

Each piece is made, finished, inspected, and packed with care. Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, shape, finish, small bubbles, tiny dust marks, or handcrafted details may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade character of each item and are not considered defects.

Product photos are made to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, photography conditions, and the handmade nature of the product.

3. Product Use and Care

Our products are intended for decorative use only. They are not toys and should be kept away from young children and pets.

Please handle all items with care. Avoid dropping, squeezing, bending, scratching, soaking, or exposing the product to extreme heat, direct sunlight for long periods, high humidity, fire, water, or harsh chemicals.

Outvoro is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, cleaning, or use.

4. Orders and Payment

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect shipping information, or errors in product pricing or description.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Production and Shipping

Some Outvoro pieces may be made to order. If an item is not currently in stock, please allow 2–5 business days for handcrafting, finishing, inspection, and careful packaging before shipment.

Orders are shipped from China. Shipping time varies depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, holidays, and local delivery conditions.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Outvoro is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country or region.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details about returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds.

Handmade variations, slight color differences, minor texture differences, and natural handcrafted marks are not considered product defects.
