Shipping Policy

All Outvoro pieces are carefully handmade, inspected, and packed before shipment.

Production & Processing Time

Some items are made to order. If your item is not currently in stock, please allow 2–5 business days for handcrafting, finishing, inspection, and packaging before shipment.

Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, handmade production may take a little longer. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from China.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time begins after the order has been made, inspected, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • United Kingdom: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Asia: 5–12 business days

  • Other international destinations: 12–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and do not include the 2–5 business days production time for made-to-order items.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time.

For example, if an item requires 2–5 business days to make and the shipping estimate is 7–15 business days, the total estimated delivery time may be approximately 9–20 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and available shipping options.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country or region.

Outvoro is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or local delivery conditions. If your package appears delayed, please contact us at support@outvoro.com with your order number.
