Return & Refund Policy
At Outvoro, each piece is carefully handmade in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in texture, color, shape, finish, small bubbles, tiny marks, or handcrafted details may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of each item and are not considered defects.
Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, personal preference, ordering the wrong item, choosing the wrong product, or no longer wanting the item after purchase.
Because each Outvoro piece is handmade, carefully inspected, and packed before shipment, we only accept return requests for eligible quality-related issues, damaged items, or incorrect items.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local law.
Return Request Window
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a confirmed quality-related issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Eligible Return Reasons
We accept return requests only if the item:

Arrives damaged

Is incorrect or different from the item you ordered

Has a confirmed quality issue that is not part of normal handmade variation

A photo of the shipping label

Photos showing any visible damage, defect, or incorrect item
We may not be able to approve requests submitted without clear photos or sufficient information.
Handmade Variations Are Not Defects
Please note that the following are not considered defects:

Slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish

Small bubbles or tiny marks in handmade resin

Minor differences from product photos caused by lighting, screen settings, photography conditions, or handmade production

Natural differences in cloud shape, mountain texture, painted details, or handcrafted finishing
-
Small handmade traces that do not affect the normal display or use of the item
Each Outvoro piece is handmade in small batches, so no two pieces are exactly the same.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If your item has an eligible quality-related issue, arrives damaged, or is incorrect, we will review your request and, if approved, process a return and refund according to this policy.
If you would like a different item, you may place a new order separately.
Return Shipping
For approved returns caused by our mistake, a confirmed quality issue, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, Outvoro will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Depending on your location and available shipping options, we may provide return shipping instructions, provide a prepaid return label when available, or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after we receive a valid shipping receipt.
Please do not arrange or send a return package without our approval and instructions.
For any return shipment arranged by the customer without our prior approval, Outvoro is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or untraceable return packages.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items returned for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference

Custom or personalized items

Final sale items

Items damaged by improper handling, use, storage, cleaning, or display

Items exposed to water, extreme heat, harsh chemicals, impact, squeezing, or long periods of direct sunlight

Items that have been used, altered, repaired, or damaged after delivery

Items returned without prior approval

Items not returned in their original packaging when packaging is required for safe return
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@outvoro.com.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide return instructions and process a refund after the returned item is received and inspected, unless we determine that a return is not required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping fees are refundable only when the return is due to our mistake, a confirmed quality issue, shipping damage, or an incorrect item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check with your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
