OUTVORO pieces combine handmade resin, a metal tin, and micro-electronics. Simple care keeps the inner landscape clear and the lighting system protected.
Display & Interaction
Place on a stable indoor surface. OUTVORO pieces are decorative objects, not toys, and should be kept away from young children and pets. Long press the switch for 3 seconds to power on or off. Once powered on, vibration sensing wakes the light.
Cleaning & Moisture
Dust gently with a soft dry cloth. Keep strictly away from water to protect the battery. Avoid heavy humidity and direct heat.
Charging & Packaging
Use slow charging only through a computer USB port or power bank. Pieces ship in simple, secure packaging that protects the handmade scene.
How large are the pieces?
Highly miniature. It measures exactly 5.5 x 4 x 2.5 cm, fitting easily in the palm of your hand.
Can I touch the clouds and mountains inside?
No. All physical micro-scenery is permanently sealed and protected within highly transparent, smooth resin.
Is it a toy?
No. OUTVORO pieces are decorative display objects. Please keep them away from young children and pets, and avoid dropping, squeezing, soaking, scratching, fire, harsh chemicals, high humidity, extreme heat, and long periods of direct sunlight.
Why is there no fancy gift box?
We prioritize the quality of the piece itself and currently use safe, simple protective packaging.
How does shipping work?
Ready-to-ship pieces usually process within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order pieces may need 2-5 business days before shipment. Orders ship from China, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated transit after dispatch is 7-15 business days to the United States, 10-20 to Canada or Europe, 8-18 to the United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand, 5-12 to Asia, and 12-30 to other international destinations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Who pays customs duties or import taxes?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country or region. Tracking is emailed when available after dispatch.
Can I return an order?
Because each piece is handmade, exchanges, change-of-mind returns, buyer's remorse returns, personal-preference returns, and no-reason returns are not supported. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a confirmed quality issue, contact support@outvoro.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. For approved eligible returns, OUTVORO covers the return shipping cost.
What should I do if checkout says sold out?
Please contact us with the product name and your region. Inventory can depend on sales channel, shipping market, and fulfillment location settings.
